De Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy or Ontario Nursing Society certification strongly preferred.
Registered Nurse, Niagara Health System (December 6) Must have successful completion of Oncology certificate course or de Souza Foundations in Oncology Nursing Practice course as well as successful completion of de Souza Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course or the Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate course. Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset.
Registered Nurse, Bluewater Health (December 5) Completion of the de Souza Institute Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Facilitator courses current or within six months. Completion of the de Souza Patient Navigation (PNON) or completion within two years of hire is required.
Registered Nurse, Lakeridge Health (December 3) Must be willing to obtain the Canadian Oncology Certification within two years of being successful in posting into this position. Must have completed the de Souza Standardized Chemotherapy Biotherapy Course or ONS equivalent.
Advanced Practice Nurse, Michael Garron Hospital (December 1) Completion of Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course via de Souza Institute strongly preferred. Adult Education Certification an asset.
