Additional training and certification such as CNA certifications, Learning Essentials for Advanced Palliative Care (LEAP), de Souza and other specialty training would be an asset to this role.
Registered Nurse, Alberta Health Services (March 27) Recent ambulatory clinical oncology and or oncology navigation experience is preferred. Oncology Certificate and or recent de Souza oncology courses would be an asset.
Nurse Navigator, Southlake Regional Health Centre (March 11) Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience in a Diagnostic Imaging Department is preferred. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Navigator Program within 1 year of hire (i.e. de Souza Institute).

Registered Nurse – Inpatient Oncology, Kingston Health Sciences Centre (March 3) Must have certification in chemotherapy, de Souza preferred, completion within 6 months required – annual re-certification is required. Oncology Nursing experience is an asset.
