Registered Practical Nurse, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (February 11) 2 years Oncology experience required. Must have willingness to obtain and maintain de Souza Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification.
Registered Practical Nurse, Niagara Health System (February 7) Must have successful completion of de Souza Community Based Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course, and completion of oncology certificate or de Souza Foundations in Oncology Nursing Practice course. Palliative Care certificate preferred.
Registered Nurse, North Bay Regional Health Centre (February 6) Recent broad Ambulatory Care experience required (within the last 3 years) including SurgicalAmbulatory Clinics, Chemotherapy, Endoscopy, Cystoscopy. Provincial Standardized Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course from de Souza Institute required.
Registered Nurse, Orthopaedic Oncology, Mount Sinai Hospital (February 5) Must have certification in provincial standardized chemotherapy and biotherapy administration through the de Souza Institute, or must be willing to complete chemotherapy certification course within 1 year of hire. Certificate in Orthopaedic Nursing is preferred.
