Daphna Grossman
MD, CCFP, FCFP, Facilitator for EPEC(TM)-O Workshop
Dr. Daphna Grossman is a palliative care physician at North York General Hospital. She is the co-lead for the supportive care program, which integrates palliative into the care of patients with non-malignant life limiting illness both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Prior to joining NYGH, Daphna was the deputy of palliative care at Baycrest Health Sciences.
Daphna is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. She is involved in research and teaching, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is the co-lead of the Wellness and Resiliency program for the palliative care fellows at the University of Toronto and is involved in teaching activities including LEAP and Heart to Heart. Daphna was part of the review team for EPEC-O and is on the module development team for LEAP.
